Setting Redacted Text on Content
At each place in a document where you need to perform redaction, you can select the necessary content and apply the redaction. Redaction occurs when content is permanently eliminated from a printed or electronic document. In place of that content, end users will see black rectangles that indicate where the original content was found.

- Open the content file (e.g., topic, snippet).
- Highlight the necessary content.
- Select the Home ribbon. In the Font section click
.
- Click
to save your work. The text becomes shaded in the editor, letting you know that it will be redacted when the output is generated.
