Create or open the MCCO file.
Note: If you have just created a new document, you must save it before you can send it.
- In the local toolbar of the editor click .
- Complete the email message with the address of the recipient(s) and any message text. Then send it.
Note: As an alternative, you can save the MCCO file to a location where the author can retrieve. For example, you might use SharePoint integration or the external resources feature for this purpose. If you use either of these features to return documents to authors, you will have to notify them manually through email or other means.
