- In the Word source document, select the text or place your cursor on it.
- Select the Doc-To-Help or Special Formatting ribbon.
- Click the appropriate button to apply Heading 1, 2, 3, 4, and Body Text styles, as well as bulleted and numbered lists.
Note The Special Formatting ribbon is only displayed in the D2H_SMAL.dotx, D2H_SMAL_A4.dotx, D2H_NORM.dotx, and D2H_NORM_A4.dotx templates. If you are using a different template, use the Bullet, Numbering, and Table buttons in Word's native ribbons.
Note D2HML styles (links, popups, conditional text, variables, etc.) are also applied with the Doc-To-Help ribbon. See Doc-To-Help Markup Language.
