Installing MadCap Connect for Zendesk

To publish output to Zendesk, you must have MadCap Connect for Zendesk selected during the installation process. In a typical installation, it should already be included. If it wasn't selected during the initial process, you can modify your Flare installation via the Control Panel in Windows. In the wizard that opens, select Modify and then enable MadCap Connect for Zendesk.

How to Install MadCap Connect for Zendesk

  1. When installing Flare, choose Custom as the type of installation, and click Next.

  2. On the next page of the wizard, select MadCap Connect for Zendesk.
