Microsoft Team Foundation Server
Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) (or Azure DevOps) is a source control tool that integrates with Flare. You can use the Flare interface to perform various source control tasks for a project that is bound to TFS.
- Setting Up TFS (Done Outside of Flare)
- Binding a Project to Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- (Other Team Members) Importing a Project From Team Foundation Server
- Getting the Latest Version of Source Control Files
- Checking Out Source Control Files
- Checking In Source Control Files
- Merging Source Control Files
Note Because of the way Team Foundation Server is designed, when you remove files from your project and check in your changes, you still need to perform a "get latest" in order for those files to be removed from the client.
Note If you unpack a zipped project that is bound to source control, the files in the unpacked project become editable.
