Even though Flare is not a computer-assisted translation (CAT) tool, Flare provides the capability for you to type content into Flare as the set primary language of the project. The major caveat to this approach is that you have to be highly proficient in one or more languages, and your operating system must be enabled for the language desired.
Note Although you can set the language for your project in Flare, this does not mean that Flare automatically outputs translated content.
