If you have inserted expanding text into a topic and want to keep the text but remove (or "unbind") the expanding text effect so that it is displayed as normal text, use the following steps. If you want to delete the expanding text, therefore removing all of its text from the topic, see Deleting Expanding Text.
How to Remove/Unbind Expanding Text
- Open the content file.
- Hover over the expanding text icon
until the cursor becomes an arrow, then right-click it. - From the drop-down menu, select Unbind Expanding Text. The expanding text effect is removed, converting the section to normal text.
