Accessing the Stylesheet Editor is simply done by opening a stylesheet file from the Content Explorer.
How to Open the Stylesheet Editor
- Open the Content Explorer.

Locate and double-click a stylesheet (CSS) file.
If you used the default location when you added the stylesheet to the project, the stylesheet is located in the Resources > Stylesheets subfolder of the Content Explorer.
If you imported the stylesheet from another authoring tool, the stylesheet is located in the same subfolder (if any) where it was stored in the source project, or at the root level of the Content Explorer.
