Even though Flare Desktop is not a computer-assisted translation (CAT) tool, Flare Desktop provides the capability for you to type content into Flare Desktop as the set primary language of the project. The major caveat to this approach is that you have to be highly proficient in one or more languages, and your operating system must be enabled for the language desired.
Note Although you can set the language for your project in Flare Desktop, this does not mean that Flare Desktop automatically outputs translated content.
