Closes the Help Viewer.

Selects all content in the file.

Opens a submenu, which lets you select a toolbar to open or close.

• Standard Opens or closes the Standard toolbar.

Opens the Options dialog, which lets you set various options. For more details, see Options Dialog.

Opens a submenu, which lets you select options for creating and selecting layouts. A layout is a particular configuration of the workspace.

• Auto-save Window Layout Automatically saves the layout of the workspace when you exit Help Viewer. The next time you launch Help Viewer, that same layout will be displayed.
• Lock Window Layout Freezes the layout so that the window panes and editors cannot be moved floated or docked to different areas of the interface.
• Save Window Layout (Default) If you are working in a particular layout and have opened different interface elements or moved interface elements around, you can select this option to save the changes to the layout.
• Save Window Layout As Opens the Rename Window Layout dialog, which lets you save the current interface configuration as a layout.
• Reload Window Layout If you are working in a particular layout and have opened different interface elements or moved interface elements around, you can select this option to return to the saved configuration of the layout.
• Reset Window Layout Returns the current configuration of the interface to the factory layout settings (the original layout when you first installed and launched Help Viewer).
• Advanced Opens a submenu, which lets you select an option called "Use Icons in Document Tabs." This option simply lets you show or hide icons next to the names of documents on tabs when you open them.
• Layouts Opens the Manage Window Layouts dialog, which lets you select or delete an existing layout.
• Select Layout Opens a submenu that lists the layouts in your project. Select a layout to display it in the interface.

Displays a popup that shows information about the current version of Help Viewer. Click the popup to make it disappear.
