Process for Autonumbers

Certain tasks must be completed in order when using this feature.

1. Creating Autonumbers for Styles or Creating Autonumber Formats for Paragraphs
   

   (Use stylesheet mediums to include autonumbers in only some outputs)

2. Applying Styles to Content
3. Specifying Autonumbering Flow for Output
4. (Optional) Including Page Autonumbers in Print Indexes
